Partial loss of teeth
If a few teeth are missing, there are three options to consider:
- Porcelain bridge on the patient's own teeth, which substitutes the missing teeth permanently. It is supported on the surrounding teeth - they are ground, then porcelain crowns are placed and finally new teeth are attached. It is possible to make bridges in the traditional way with porcelain applied to the metal foundation (bio-compatible nickel-free alloy) or in the full ceramic version made of zirconium (excellent cosmetic effect)
- Porcelain bridge on implants - the most perfect way, because it substitutes the missing teeth and offers a natural look. We are able to rebuild five, or even six missing adjacent teeth without grinding, without damaging the enamel of healthy teeth, on two or three implants.
